Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AiComing, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use AiComing or submit content for publication.

Description of Service

AiComing provides an AI tool directory, community publishing, editorial AI knowledge content, voting, a domain-information lookup, user dashboards, and optional paid publication or featured-placement services. Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued when necessary.

User Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Provide accurate registration information and notify us promptly through support if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate applicable law or the rights of another person or organization.
• Submit deceptive, infringing, abusive, malicious, or unlawful content.
• Manipulate votes, rankings, traffic, payments, or publication status.
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, data, or administrative features.
• Disrupt the service or use it to distribute spam, malware, or harmful automation.

Submitted Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant AiComing a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, reproduce, format, translate when requested, and display that content for operating and promoting the service. You are responsible for having the rights to submitted text, images, trademarks, and links, and for keeping listing information accurate. We may reject, edit, unpublish, or remove content that violates these terms, applicable law, or our editorial standards.

Paid Publishing and Featured Listings

Paid publication and featured-listing fees are one-time charges unless the checkout page clearly states otherwise. Activation occurs only after the payment provider confirms payment. A purchase does not guarantee traffic, rankings, sales, or continued eligibility when submitted content violates these terms. Refund requests are reviewed under the terms shown at checkout and applicable law.

Third-Party Sites

Tool listings and community content may link to third-party websites. AiComing does not control those sites and does not guarantee their availability, security, accuracy, pricing, or suitability. Visiting or purchasing from a third party is at your own risk.

Intellectual Property

AiComing's own branding, interface, software, and editorial content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of AiComing or third-party content to you.

Suspension and Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or third parties; enforce these terms; or comply with law. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account assistance through support.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

AiComing is provided on an “as available” basis. Directory entries, wiki content, domain information, third-party links, and user submissions may be incomplete or outdated and are not professional advice. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AiComing is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. The updated date above shows the latest revision. Material changes may also be announced through the service when appropriate.
